Hi, I have not yet received this order and it appears to be lost in the nebulous void of UPS Mail Initiative.
I've read through threads regarding similar issues and I think I've waited the requisite time to register a complaint. Help please?
I've set replacements up to ship with the currently pending subscription shipment. Let me know if the original package does still show up.
