My paizo.com account seems to have gone missing.

Hello,

I tried to log into my account last night and was informed, after some fussing, that no account existed for my email address. I sent two emails and hadn't heard back so I figured I would bring it here. On a lark I created an a new account with my old email figuring maybe there was some snafu and my purchases would be there. No dice.

Can someone help me figure out what happened to my account (and purchases)?

sounds like you had your account merged with someone elses account much like what has happened to me.

Gary teter felt it necessary to merge my acount, a friends acount and my girlfriends account under my account because we used the same computer multiple times to post in a thread.

If this is the case for you, good luck getting it fixed, i have been ignored for over a week now after customer service told me to contact webmaster@paizo.com
