Yes, still looking.
No requirements.
It does not have to be a solo game, but getting even one more person to post regularly (in fact as often as I) is rather difficult to find. I would prefer It a game with me and the GM. I am not opposed to the GM bringing in NPCs to help out if he wants, but the NPC should be lower level.
I prefer 50/50 or 60/40 favoring roleplay over hack and slash.
Three months have passed since Rath Isner sent you into the elven frontier. It feels more like three years. Your former training lends to horseback riding, leading others, and spreading the word of your revered Io. The past three months have offered no opportunities to let those qualities shine. Rath insists that the lack of a mount will instill a deeper gratitude for a beast of burden and as such the elves have not allowed you the use of an animal. As for leadership and sharing your faith, well, you need people for that, and Rath also made it clear that you were spend your time with the elves alone to test your inner strengths.
Three months of trudging through the woodlands you still have not fully embraced Rath’s beliefs. And yet you hold him in the highest esteem trying daily to draw the insights he so boldly claimed would fill your heart. Unknown to you, this day begins your training.
The elves have given you a simple task of scouting an area relatively close to the outpost you are now living in. It takes you ten days in total to complete your rounds. Although the time you have spent scouting seems significantly small, you have been able to memorize every tree, every bush, every stream. You have always had a strong memory and this virtue has given way to the pond you approach.
Placid, navy blue water fills this rather large pond in front of you. You walk up to the pond on the south side as you always do and begin filling one of your waterskins. Something feels out of place though. You first notice that the birds are not chirping. Lifting your head up to scan the far side of the pond, your eyes fall upon a pale yellow hue for a moment. Then it is gone. Was it a trick in your mind or was something truly there. You are unsure, but this situation has put you on guard.
What do you want to do?
