Alchemical items - how do you identify them?

What skill is relevant for knowing that this phiol of water is Alchemist fire or liguid ice?

What are the DCs?

I don't think there is one; in the magical world of Pathfinder, everything is properly labelled.

Well, if they're common items, it should be a DC 10 Craft (alchemy) check, shouldn't it?

Any creature that has a need to drink can tell the liquid isn't water. Craft (alchemy) identifies it. I might set the DC equal to the craft DC - 10. Craft skills can be used untrained.
