I don't have any insider info on Ultimate Campaign, but my understanding is it is more of a GM/ campaign level resource. It's where you'll find new rules for things like kingdom building (pirate fleet building?), castle building?, using organizations, long term care and feeding of NPCs, etc.
I doubt there will be many rules player facing bits in this book unless they tie into the above in some ways. I think prestige classes might be a more obvious tie-in. Maybe ranger archetypes where they get favored class bonuses while inside their own kingdom?

I sensed some hints when the devs were answering questions about the squire feat that we might see apprentice/acolyte feats. I could see the feats and associated archetypes ending up in Ultimate Campaign (along with a correction of the weird level issues that squire brings up). That is just speculation, though.
Some villain focused archetypes would be cool as well.

If there are, I hope they are kept to a minimum (and include things like stuff suited for villains, as Whale Cancer suggests). I really hope the focus of the book is on helping the GM design a campaign. We've got quite a lot of classes and archetypes as it is, and personally I'm feeling overwhelmed at this point.

I wouldn't mind seeing NPC Class Archetypes. Say they add on to the already existing Class just a little. Maybe allow them to add on to both a NPC and PC Class.
Like an Archetype that allows a Warrior and Fighter to get a Mount and allow it to stack with things like Dragoon and such. That way one could build Riders Of Rohan which actually have a survivable mount without them being a Cavalier or Samurai.
Just a thought.
