The Halfling Jinx ability gives targets -1 on their saving throws. If you add in Bolster Jinx and Iron Will, they may now have -3 on Will saves, -1 Reflex, -1 Fortitude.
Then Sluggish Jinx read "Your jinx’s penalty on saving throws also applies to the target’s initiative and attack rolls." If used in combo with Bolster Jinx, how much is subtracted from their attack rolls and initiative? -1 or -3?

The way it's written, your "normal" penalty on saving throws is -1, and if you happen to have one of those save-boosting feats, you get a bit more added to that penalty. I'd say it would still be -1 for the init and attack rolls. The only way it would go up to -3, I would think, is if you have all three of the mentioned feats, which would super-not-be-worth-your-time.
