All the things like Darkvision AND Lowlight or +2 vs mind affecting and such can be presumed to come from your dwarven or elf parent... and then there are the traits and feats and other customized things... but base stats for non-human dhampirs would pretty much still use the dhampir stats or one of their variant heritages.

Or you'd probably apply the half-fey or half-fiend templates.
