Is there still an issue with order 2404545?
I received an email, but then immediately thereafter, another email came across that this order was rolled up and ready to ship with some of the PBCS and the other #4 comics.
The consolidated order seems to have everything but one case of boosters.
And the charges seem to match up on my bank account so far with that invoice.
Is there anything else that was part of that order or the consolidated order that needs some attention?

I took a look at your order, and it appears that the payment failure notice was sent in error. I will look into the causes of the erroneous notice, but rest assured that the order has shipped out without any issues. The second case will ship, by itself in a separate package, soon.
