Scarab Sages 5/5 **

The Gaming Association at Missouri S&T presents their Spring Game Day, Friday evening, March 8 and Saturday, March 9.

This event is free, however donations will be accepted to defray the costs of the game day.

This event will be held at the Havener Student Center on the Missouri S&T Campus in Rolla, MO.

We will be offering all available Year 4 modules including #4-EX: Day of the Demon. If there is enough interest, we are also planning on running Pathfinder Society Special: Blood Under Absalom.

I will update this post once I have a link to the Warhorn site.

Hope to see you there. If you have any questions, feel free to post here or contact me and I'll see if I can get them answered.

And I've got a Warhorn link now. If you have a request, or question, either message me here, or email barb@cogcongaming.com

checking to see who all is going to this - several friends and I have registered and we may be tinkering with what we have signed up for as we get closer to the day... Maybe working on arranging a table in one of the "Open Gaming" slots (We might need a game of 2-16 or 3-04, depending on judge availability).
.
SO.. who all is going?

The Exchange 5/5

I actually didn't see the Pathfinder Society Special: Blood Under Absalom being offered... was there not enough interest? I know several people that would still be interested!

Scarab Sages 5/5 **

As far as I know, there wasn't enough interest. I do know that we are going to try and get this years GenCon special for the Fall CogCon. Now, I don't think I'll end up going to GenCon this year, but I do know quite a few people who are going so we'll have the judge pool for it.

thanks noswald. If it developes that you get enough interest in BuA, I'll be coming down from St.L. with one tables worth of PCs. (if not, that's ok too, we have signed up to play other things...)
.
And thanks for Organizing!

After thinking a lot about offering BuA, we didn't think we had either the space or the attendance to justify it. We don't have the bid room for this one, just a couple of the smaller rooms. It is plenty of space to do 10-14 tables a slot, but not all in one place.

Also, since BuA was run at Game Nite in St Louis, we didn't think we'd get the minimum table count.

Drat! must have missed when it was run at Game Nite. Without a sign-up sheet, how did everyone know it was being run? Never mind, water under the bridge and all that. We'll get it sometime...

Looking forward to Rolla - it's always fun there. See ya then!

Question:
several of we were signed up on warhorn to play 4-14 (My Enemy's Enemy) on Friday night, but now it's not listed any more. What's up? should we have gotten some sort of notice that it's dropped?

The Exchange 5/5

I have signed up to judge the Open Gaming in the first slot, and I know two of the players and have a list of what they have and haven't played. In the lower tiers, 3-09: Quest for Perfection part 1 - the Edge of Heaven, appears to be the only one they have BOTH not played (oh, and 4-14 My Enemy's Enemy which was in the slot before when we were all signed up to play it).
.
I'll go ahead and prep 3-09: "Quest for Perfection part 1 - the Edge of Heaven", and have it ready to run, ... is there any way to check with the other players before friday to see if they have played it?

Dark Archive 3/5

I think I goofed on the 4-14. I didn't realize it. I'll see what I can do about putting it back. Keep in mind, however, that the first slot and 2nd slot on Friday are really the same slot, one with a slightly later starting time. Some people expressed an interest in starting at 6, but a lot of people can't get here that early. I believe that everyone in 4-14 may have also been signed up for the open slot that overlapped, and I believe we were short a judge for 4-14.

I'll add 3-09 for Friday evening and email those who signed up to see who is good with playing it. I'm also pretty sure that one of the others needs a low tier to play, and he has played very little.

Hoot! 27 hours till gameing!

Thanks to everyone who made it. We had a good turnout and as far as I can tell, everyone had fun.
A big thanks to the St Louis VOs for bringing a contingent down and running quite a few 4-EX tables.

The Exchange 5/5

had so much fun, I stayed an extra day in the motel to get in one more slot! Thanks for the events! see you again soon (when's the next one?)

We are currently planning a 2-slot Saturday game day, but have do not have a venue set. Once we have a venue and date, I'll try to make a post on here to advertise it.
