Here's the breakdown of the January subscription shipments:

Comics:
Pathfinder Comic #4 has arrived at our warehouse and we will be shipping it out to subscribers as soon as possible!
If your only subscription is comics OR you have a comics subscription and have chosen to "Never Hold Anything"

Note: If you have both the comics and the minis AND have selected "never hold anything" your comics and minis may still ship together since we are packing them at the same time.

Miniatures:
If your only subscription is miniatures OR you have a miniatures subscription and have chosen to "Never Hold Anything"

Paizo Subscriptions:
If your only subscriptions are Paizo products OR you have chosen to "Hold for monthly Paizo shipment"

The following subscription items will be shipping for January's subscription shipment:

▸If you have anything in your sidecart that is ready to go, it will ship with your Paizo subscription.
▸If you want to add anything to the order, you have until the authorization date to add it to your sidecart. If it is after the authorization date, make sure you choose to ship with the pending order number.
▸If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

Important Information Regarding Your Payment Method's Billing Address:

Recently we made a small change to our credit card processing and our system is now much more stringent about having the correct billing address.

To ensure your orders are processed as quickly and hassle free as possible, you'll want to verify the billing address listed for your payment method matches exactly with the address your bank or financial institution has on file. You can see your current billing information on your My Payment Methods page.

Our Merchant Services may decline the transaction on our end even though your financial institution still processes the authorization. If this occurs, make sure your billing address matches the address your financial institution has on file. If you need assistance, please let customer service know.

Addendum Regarding the Goblinworks Technology Demo Kickstarter Rewards:

We expect to be including some of the rewards from the Goblinworks Technology Demo Kickstarter with January subscription shipments. If you have the Thornkeep map and/or book shipping with your subscriptions, you should hopefully see these added to your January subscription shipment.

Dear Customer Care Bear,

I had issues with my last shipment due to these changes in your cc processing. I live in a sketchy neighborhood, which is the reason why I had my subscriptions sent to my office. Any chance you folks will adopt a separate bill to/ship to scenario? If I am missing something in regard to different mailing adresses I will, gladly, take the input.

I'm going to need help with this. My shipments are going to a P.O. Box due to a problem with thefts from my porch. However, the mailbox is a communal locking one, so that is where my bill goes. I'm looking for a house in a better neighborhood, but you're going to have to work with me in the meantime.

Unfortunately this is the same scenario that I have run into ( folks taking things from my courtyard). In addition ,, the USPS items I receive are often delivered to my neighbors. Two complaints to USPS

The issue is to make sure your billing address paizo has matches the billing address you gave your bank.

It doesn't matter if your billing address is different from your shipping address. (You can change each of those independently via "my account" in the "my payment methods" and "my addresses" boxes respectively.)

Its just the billing address on you payment method that needs to match the address your bank has. You can still ship it wherever you need to.

The text above says that shipping will start on January, 22nd if your only subscriptions are Paizo products OR you have chosen to "Hold for monthly Paizo shipment".

So you just have to make sure you're set to "Hold for monthly Paizo shipment".

I've updated the authorization date for subscriptions that have selected "Never Hold Anything" for Pathfinder Battles and Comics. We will be doing the authorization and order spawning tomorrow morning (January 15th) instead of today.

At this time, we have authorized and spawned all of the orders for the Battles and Comics subscriptions that are set to "Never Hold Anything". If you were expecting to have your order spawned in this group and did not get an email confirmation, you'll want to contact customer service either by a new messageboard thread or email (customer.service@paizo.com).

At this time, we've got most of the subscription orders out. The warehouse is still working on some stragglers that slipped through the cracks as well as orders that were waiting on payment resolutions. We hope to be back on track and fully caught up by early next week.
