Metamagic rods legality question

Table 4-2 in Ultimate Equipment includes entries for Metamagic (+2 spell level), minor 9,000 gp.

Would it be legal to spend 9000gp on a Metamagic Consecrate Rod, lesser (Consecrate spell is in Blood of Angels, page 25)?

In reading the Additional Resources (link: http://paizo.com/pathfinderSociety/about/additionalResources)

Since I don't see a listing for that specific metamagic rod in UE, and additional resources did not list that item as legal in Blood of Angels either. I would say its not legal for play at this time.

The item does not exist in Blood of Angels. There is however a general price for such an item in Ultimate Equipment.

Unfortunately, since there is no such item listed explicitly, it counts as a custom item, and therefore, cannot be created in PFS.
