Wand purchase legal?

I am looking to purchase a wand of lead blades using 2 prestige award points. What I would like know is if this is legal to do.

From what I have read it seems like it should be as the cost of the wand would be 750 gp normally and you can make a free purchase up to that amount using two PA points. My main concern is that the spell comes from the ranger spell list and I am not sure whether wands can use spells that come from that list only.

You can get wands of ranger spells just fine. If a spell appears on both the ranger list AND the cleric/wizard/druid lists, you have to use the c/w/d version for the wand. But if the spell is rangers-only, you can get a wand as normal.

You can totally get a wand of lead blades for 750g. Luckily, level 1 spells for Paladins/Rangers are still 750g for level 1 spells (this changes for lvl 2+ spells, but they are the same for level 1)

You can find the cost of all wands at the Paizo PRD at this handy table
