Make Whole with high level weapons

Hey, playing through a Module, and one of my allies got their weapon sundered. Its a 12th level weapon. So it costs 1 prestige to cast normally, but the player thinks they can't because it needs a 24th level caster. Any thoughts?

I believe this was addressed recently, but cant find the thread. I think spells cast with PA are always at minimum CL so youd need to fix it with gold. CL x spell level x 10? So, 24 x 10gp x 2 = 480 gp to fix it?
