I wanted to send a quick thank Kelly Youngblood for all he has done this year for PFS. He has expanded and grown his region and it is time he is rewarded for that effort. So, as of today, I am promoting him to VC of Houston, TX.

Regardless of whether you are now a Venture Lieutenant or Venture Captain, Kelly, I think that your hard work will be appreciated in Pathfinder Society.
