That comes rather close to what I think it has to be pronounced.
It is, as a word, related to some eastern europe words and from thze little that I know about their pronounciation this will be my guess.Threeshades |

Correct, unlike words like Tiefling wich is derived from the German language and as such should be pronounced Teef-ling.
Phssthpok sounds like the sound when you open a can of soda.
