I don't think I need to throw more wood on the Darkmoon Vale bonfire, that request is plenty hot already.
Definitely would like to see more scenarios/modules set in Tian Xia, that showcase the different local flavor and culture of the different regions in Tian Xia. How do the secluded mountain towns and monasteries of the Samsarans in Zi Ha differ from a Gokan or Minkaian metropolis? A search for treasure and ancient power in sinking ruins in Wanshou, a search for history and relics in Shenmen, or a diplomatic crisis in Jinin (let the honor duels commence!) - are just a few ideas off the top of my head.
Extra-planar adventures!!! PFS regular scenario play at level 12 and above.
An adventure to recover relics of terrible power sunk deep into the sea with a lost colony of still-living Azlanti... or can you really call the nightmare they're enduring... living? Underwater adventuring with toothy tentacled-horrors from the depths of sea (and beyond space and time). Careful that you don't awaken the sleeper dreaming at the city's center...
Mana Wastes adventures for lower-levels... something with an Old-west/horror feel, classic spaghetti-western themes with monsters and revenge-seeking gunslingers "back" from their pine boxes on boot-hill...

A couple I've seen above that I really like:
Sissyl suggested a module set in Hermea, not necessarly to "solve the problem" there. (But, I would add, that does involve Mengkare as a significant NPC, possibly as a patron, or something else interesting that at least touches on some of the mystery of the place.)
Haladir suggested something set in Riddleport that involves the Cyphergate. Again, I'd hesitate to fully "solve" this, because the Cyphergate is big enough that a complete pat solution (especially in something module-sized) would probably undermine the level of Major Campaign Mystery around it. Ideally, this module would be for characters of high enough level that a few of them could have some levels in Cyphermage already....
Other thoughts:
Some may disagree with this completely, but it would be fun to see some mythic modules. More than one a year would be too much, but given that the feedback around WotR suggests that WotR (at least at the higher levels) didn't properly scale the opponents for the power level of the characters, some more tries at this would be good. This would be the place to explore truly mythic storylines as well, not just "more powerful stuff". Go up against more demon lords, or heralds of bad deities, or serious Dark Tapestry stuff.
I like the idea of something urban and political completely set in Absalom, especially if it's RP heavy and combat light. Admittedly, Pathfinder isn't the best system for that. (You can RP in Pathfinder, absolutely! Like most RPGs, though, it's heavily built around combat, and because of its D&D roots, more so than some others.) Still, could be fun.
Some of the plot hooks in Distant Worlds are worth exploring. Combine the mythic/Dark Tapestry idea with Arcturn, for instance.... A low-level mythic adventure could start in the Mwangi Expanse and go to the Red Star, where characters become touched by the Contemplatives.

I like this idea. More support for Mythic Adventures would be great.
Of course, we could use some normal high-level (15+) modules more.

Similar to how James Jacobs recommended The China Syndrome for The Infernal Syndrom and Dave Gross called out films in Pathfinder #54, I'd like something inspired by Park Chan Wook's Vengeance trilogy.

This may seem rather simplistic, but I would like to see more adventures set in Absalom. Perhaps as part of a hardcover that revisits and expands the details gleaned from the Absalom paperback...
It's safe to say both that I am enthusiastically in favor of this, and that there are many forces at play that may make me wait a while before getting to do anything like this. Not the least of which is that Pathfinder Modules need to not try to become Campaign Setting sourcebooks. :)
But yeah, I am still excited by Absalom.

Absalom I think might be better suited to the AP treatment where more time can be spent really diving into the location as well as all the supplemental material that would come with it. The Modules I feel can really dive into smaller locations or places perhaps better left to a single release, or perhaps a module and associated sourcebook. Such as Alkenstar in Wardens of the reborn Forge. I don't know that Alkenstar could have supported an entire AP without a lot of traveling into the Mana Wastes and getting into the Geb/Nex conflict but being able to see it in a Module was great.
Some locations and plots that could use a similar, smaller scale treatment, I think could be a nice, stone age foray into the Realm of the Mammoth Lords or some more info on Treerazer and Kyonin. A Treerazer module would be a great excuse to drop some much requested (by myself mostly it seems) high-level content.

What if you had a sourcebook on Absalom that just included some updated adventures, like Black Waters and Hangman's Noose? Both of those were written for 3.5, and could benefit with an update...

Absalom has so much great urban fantasy flavor. I'd love to do a mystery set there, something dark, creepy, and decidedly back-alley. I've got a few ideas for unspeakable horrors and mysteries-most-murky that could find sick little homes for themselves in Absalom.
Ah, man! kikai13! I LOVED Hangman's Noose. One of my own personal faves of my past mods. Its one of the only mods of my own that I've run a bunch of times. Ah, the good ole days!
I second Absalom adventures, even if I didn't get to write any of em. That city needs more intrigue and danger doled out from its streets and towers, and inflicted upon players everywhere, says I!

You know what was fun that I got a lot of mileage out of? Even in the 3.5e era long after they were printed?
Those 8.5x11 cards in the Greyhawk boxed set that had adventure seeds on them.
Something like that for Absalom would be dandy... although it does require something of a boxed set.
Ah, I miss boxed sets.

Lately with the Assassin's Creed: Unity announcement and the introduction of the iconic investigator Quinn, I've become more interested in Galt, and I think the current 64-page format would be perfect for a Galt module. So yeah, I'd very much like to see a module set in the Land of Eternal Revolution.
Also, Absalom Nicolas Logue-style would be an instabuy for me.
