So I've been on the boards for a while and noticed a trend that tends to occur with some of the games on here. A lot of them seem to falter in the first book and not progress. That said, I thought it might be possible to get a game together with people who played either all the way through or the majority of the way through of the first book of an adventure path and just start where the second book kicks off.
I'm not looking to run as I am running a game and playing in a couple but I would love to play in one.
Anyone else interested in running/playing in something like this?
I think the best thing to do is to list which ones you have played in with your response if interested. I'll start.
I have played most of the way through the first books of:
Kingmaker
Carrion Crown
Serpent's Skull
Legacy of Fire
I am also familiar enough from running/planning to run:
Jade Regent
Second Darkness
Curse of the Crimson Throne
Let me know what you all think and if you would like to Run or Play any of these starting on book two.

That is a serious problem in PBP especially....
My Kingmaker game fell apart at the end of book 1...
The battle with the staglord never concluded.
I have heard curse of the crimson throne is not as friendly to pbp, but that was one persons opinion.
I just posted looking for someone to help me organize/upgrade and improve what I offer the PBP gamers, stop by that an offer a hand! :)

I would be very interested in Kingmaker or Jade Regent. I actually have level 1 characters written for each and ready to go. Serpent Skull would be my follow up choice. Haha uh... We have 3 of us here from DMJ's Carrion Crown. I wonder if he would like to play instead of DM in one of these. *cough* Kingmaker *cough*

Did you all ever find a DM for a Kingmaker campaign starting with the second book? I'm currently running a PBP group through book one, but wouldn't mind running a second group with book two.
Just as an FYI, it's likely I'll heavily modify many of the encounters or events as I've done with the first book. All the kingdom rules would remain the same, but for those who may have already played the second book there will be differences.
If folks are interested I'll post initial 'getting started' thoughts and character requirements.

I too am interested in playing this path. Heck, I'd be interested in playing all of the paths mentioned above. I just want to be part of a campaign that lasts more than just a few encounters!!!
There is such a shortage of DM's on the PBP boards ... combined with a tremendous surplus of players. Every AP campaign posted on the recruitment boards seems to have 30+ applicants.
