Useless to say that there aren't condition of who can access to kickstarter and now i've paid 100$ for nothing?

I highly doubt they've been lost, it's a bit soon to panic as none of the rewards are out or released yet. At least on mine, my downloads page still has the PDFs under the category of "The following 2 products have been added to your account, but are not currently available for download:" at the bottom of the my downloads page.
