How dare you not trust us when we are doing untrustworthy stuff!!On the one hand, I agree, it's just pointless drama at this point.
On the other hand, they aren't wrong about there being double standards. Felicity sneaks off to work behind the scenes with Helix and busts Cayden James out in the first place and it's all woopsy. Diggle lies about his injury and endangers people in the field because he can't shoot straight and it's 'we can fix this with science!'
One of the B-team has a problem and goes behind the team's back and it's 'We can't trust you! Get out!'
I don't think Rene has a leg to stand on, since Oliver did help him out with his custody issues, and he could have come to Oliver about the threat to his daughter, but Dinah's definitely got a reason to be pissed about the difference between how Diggle got treated and the way she's being treated.
But yeah, still, it's just foolishness. The team's been keeping secrets from each other for no good reason since the first season, and, as in Smallville, they'll continue doing so as long as it results in Three's Company-level misunderstandings and artificial 'drama' to drag storylines out over 20+ episodes.
It's called nepotism. The boss' wife and brother get a pass. Besides, they put up with Ollie's #@$ for as long as they did.

Now come on mark. You just innately trust people you've been working with for 5 seasons as opposed to the guys you just met. I personally before I knew who it was didn't suspect Diggle or felicity in the least bit. I suspected dinah honestly but rene was a strong second. Now I feel terrific should have some good trust built up now he did after all give felicity back the ability to walk that should get you some cred.
Well yeah. Ollie doesn't trust anyone who isn't "family" and even that takes a while.
That does seem to be a recurring theme.

Yeah he is channeling batman so hard in this series. It would be cool to see the actual batman show up and have someone finally knock him down a peg. Oh you can do like 200 of those pull-up hops things? but can you do them underwater while holding your breath with 200lb weights strapped to your legs?

When the show started they were told the one thing they couldn't touch was Batman....so they made their own.
I'm with Marik, they just need to reboot the Arrowverse into the DCWU, get the Trinity in and start from there.

Honestly, I can't back the B-team at all. It wasn't even a case of 'one of them went behind our back... get out!' It was a case of 'Someone revealed my identity and I don't want to accuse any of our close friends until I find some actual evidence." To which the B-team completely said "I can't believe you would suspect one of us... We were totally 2/3 innocent! We quit!!!"
Frankly I thought it would be Terrific. 1) He was always a terrible superhero... 2) Retiring him may save his marriage. He was always the least happy about anything involving the masks... and would be quite happy with his startup company with felicity if it all ended.
But yeah, they all had motives and watching them closely to see who was suspicious... That's not a breach of trust at all. That's acting responsibly to AVOID accusing friends unjustly.
In other news, Arrow needs to be retcon.

Can someone please please PLEASE punch rene in the head. I am so tired of him. His smart ass you didn't trust us Hoss attitude when he was the freakin traitor and has been literally the worst since he was introduced. The only time I liked him was when he was working with Quentin.

Yeah... agree with all of this. I've pretty much hated 'wild dog' since he first showed up... and the only good stuff is his interaction with Quentin.

I mean felicity be doing the oracle thing all the time too. She was even in a wheel chair for awhile. Oh and canary whom was one of olivers love interests is walking around in black leather with a animal themed name. I'm Oliver Queen and I really really want to be Batman.

I have not been watching last couple of episodes. Do they explain how Rene will have the resources to be the mastermind behind all of it?
I can see his why the show runners would have Rene be the main bad guy. I don't agree with it, considering the characters history with the team, working right in city hall, they helped him get his daughter back.
But I don't see how someone like that from the street will have the money and resources to do it all of a sudden.

So, half deaf, no closed captions. Can someone tell me what Black Siren is saying in that last scene? I caught "2&1/2 years" and "Laurel Lance".
Yeah, I didn't get all that, either. Something about having been abducted...?

She said something like "I've been abducted, for about 2 years, my name is Laurel Lance." So after getting lots of info about Earth-1 Lauren from Quentin, she's building the case that she's her, and been abducted, not killed as the black canary. DNA will prove she's who she is. Not sure how that's going to play out with team 2 trying to get her jailed for being Black Siren, but seems to me that all that's needed is to get her to ARGUS who is more than okay accepting multiple earth's. Let them keep her locked up. Short term should hold for a few episodes though I'd guess.
I prefer to think of them as "Team that needs better leadership and brains" Which is SAD to say when you have Mister Terrific on your team.
But I guess this Arrowverse Mister Terrific, and not quite comic book awesome Mister Terrific.

Wait, the team consists of Mr. T and Mad Dog. So is Dinah "Hannibal", "Face", or the reporter that lasts about a season before the guys get her to quit?
Face was likable, even if sometimes in an insincere way. I'm not sure anyone on Team Arrow is going for 'likable.'
Oliver tries for Hannibal, but his plans never seem to come together.
I feel like Team Arrow is closer to the castaways from Gilligan's Island than the A-Team. :)
Well certainly it feels like Mister Terrific is more like the Professor and his coconut inventions...
