Is there a feat in Pathfinder that allows medium creature to use a Large weapon without penalty?

IIRC in 3.5 there was a feat called Monkey Grip that did something similar.

I'm creating a custom race that are about 8 foot tall degenerate giants. They are medium but still use their ancestor's weapons.

If you're creating a race, you could simply make that a racial trait. As far as I know, there is no PF equivalent of Monkey Grip.

No, nothing like Monkey Grip has been published by Paizo.

But, you might want to look at Half-giant from the Psionics Unleashed material which is at least endorsed by Paizo and just updates the Half-Giant race from 3.5's XPH.

Half-Giant is already a lot like what you're describing, truth-be-told. But they have the "Powerful Build" ability which treats them as large for a few purposes, including which weapons they can wield.

I do know what you're looking for, but in the official books, it is not classified as a "feat"; it is classified as a Barbarian Archetype: The Titan Mauler.

One of their class features allows them to wield weapons not meant for their size with reduced penalties, and/or increase the size for which they can wield (as there is a limit as to what size you can use a weapon to attack with), and is probably exactly what you are looking for, and then some.

Silver Crusade

Actually, the Titan Mauler does not do this. It cannot wield oversized weapons over the natural 1-category limit. It is supposed to, but simply doesn't work as written and has not been errata-ed yet, so you may search the board for the developer's unofficial errata on this matter.

To clarify:

Titan Mauler CAN use oversized weapons. Titan Mauler CANNOT use weapons that when oversized would make them larger than 2handed.

Example1:
A Medium Titan Mauler can use, and reduce the penalties for, a 1handed weapon sized for a Large creature. That is an oversized weapon that counts as 2handed for the Titan Mauler.

Example 2:
A Medium Titan mauler cannot use, or reduce the penalties for, a 1 handed weapon sized for a Huge creature. That is an oversized weapon that has grown beyond 2handed for the Titan Mauler.

Titan Maulers were intended to be able to use weapons that are normally impossible to use due to being oversized. However, that did not make it to print.

Some giants (Cloud and Ash) have an ability called Oversized Weapon (Ex) which allows them (Huge creatures) to wield Gargantuan weapons without penalty. There's also a Beneficial Deformity (Oversized Limb) that allows ogrekin to wield weapons one size category larger than normal without any penalty.

Just factor in the increase in power with whatever racial balance you're making. It's really not all that different from Improved Natural Attack.

Grand Lodge

Giant Blood trait cuts the penalty to use over-sized weapons in half.

Pretty much, no. Cast Enlarge Person on yourself, you were Size Medium; now you are size Large, and so is your Weapon, so you can wield it without penalty.

Monkey Grip imposed a penalty on the wielder: -2, I think.

There is something like Monkey Grip published by Paizo, but it's not a Feat. The Titan Fighter Archetype of Fighter can wield weapons 1 size too big and take only a -2 Penalty, and that Penalty goes down with Level. I saw a build and created a build myself that revolves around using a Size Large Sledge Hammer and Shikigami Style Feats.

Shikigami Style Feats and other things such as the Lead Blades Spell and the Impact enchantment grant Virtual Size Increases, which might be enough like an oversized weapon to satisfy your needs.

You mean like the Goliath Race in 3.5? The trait is called Powerful Build. Another 3.5 Race also has Powerful Build: Half Giants in the 3.5 Expanded Psionics Handbook. There is Pathfinder Version of Half Giants, but it's not Paizo. It's in a 3rd Party book called Psionics Unleashed.
