Coincidence?

So I was doing a bit o' prep work for out next session. I wanted to create some cards for the puzzle box but knew my illustrator kung-fu was weak. I resigned myself to simply using regular alphabet characters when I remembered Thassilonian Runes were included in the community use downloads.

To My Downloads!

After I open the apropos file I saw a familiar rune. The Rune of Wrath is really close, almost identical, to the Pathfinder Society Glyph of the Open Road.

Coincidence?

Yes.

Man, ain't that some...

And here I was all set to throw down my total conspiracy theory of the original Decimverate being a bunch of Cyphermages and Runepriests, holders of secret knowledge about the Runelords, maybe even descendents of old Thassilon or somesuch, working to either return the Runelords to glory or prevent their return by hunting for lost relics.

Oh, well...

Who says that a good conspiracy theory needs 'facts'? Adam is ONE OF THEM... he's one of their MiB's - The original Decimverate WAS a bunch of Cyphermages and Runepriests, holders of secret knowledge about the Runelords... they are plotting, scheming, planning (and all those other good adverbs) to return the Runelords to glory on the bodies of pathfinders!

It all makes sense now. Sheila Heidmarch -is- Alaznist!

There's seven skymetals, seven runelords, six attribute scores, eight schools of magic, nine alignments, ten members of the Decemvirate, eleven planets... this means something! ;)

Nice try, Daigle! But your glaring omissions of the seven core races, seven days of the week, twelve races of humanity, and twelve months of the year tells us everything we need to know. All we have to do now is match the days of the week and the months of the year to the relevant races and all will become clear...

one's gotta love the Daigle... It should be kept in mind that this is the eleventh AP.... and Xin ruled Thassilon for eleven decades ! His ressurection is imminent, so he can preside over the twelvth AP and rule forever !

....and Adam's name is composed of NINE letters ! And so is Mrs Heidmarch's ! Who is also speaking in a "deep voice"... The plot thickens ! Has anyone noticed that Mrs Heidmarch's skin looks rather metallic, and nothinglike skin at all ? She must be one of Xin's automatons !

Not to mention that we've been kept in the dark about Xin's true form...

... the flumph! It all makes sense now!
