Hello,
I got the Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting from a friend, and really enjoyed the book a lot. It's 3.5, but that don't bother me much. What would be the difference between the campaign setting and the Inner Sea World Guide? Is there any reason, content wise, that I should pick up the World Guide as well?

The ISWG generally has higher production values, and contains information for all the locations and stuff that got released in modules and APs during the last few years.
It's worth picking up if you really liked the first one and you want more. If you're only concerned with knowing the setting enough to run the game and understand the framework which the other products fit into, then just the older PCCS book should be fine.

In addition, one of the big things about the Inner Sea World Guide is that I was able to go through the book and make sure that all the content was accurate. We were in a pretty crazy time when we put out the Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting, and the book didn't get QUITE a good enough comb-through for creative content we did or didn't want in Golarion. The Inner Sea World Guide adds a lot of stuff we just didn't have time to talk about in the previous hardcover, but also excises some elements that just weren't right for Golarion. That said, I did try hard to make sure the additions were overall additive instead of subtractive.
Overall, I'd hazard a guess that there's about 120 or so pages of actual new content, although a lot of that content is spread around and not obvious at first glance.
The Inner Sea World Guide is the version I assume folks have to reference when they write for us these days, and it's the version I assume folks have when they run our adventures.
