I ordered a bunch of 10th anniversary stuff, and preordered the carrion crown dice at the same time, so I assume the blank order in my acount page (2165799) listed as part of a split order (the other order is 2165800) with the anniversary promotion and first $10 shipping is this order. I had a bunch of maps, some minis and some of the sci-fi books for sale on this order. I assumed I hadn't received a shipping notice because of Gen Con and didn't worry too much about it until I checked it out tonight.
is this order lost? Or is it recoverable?

Not lost, just kinda hanging out by itself... doing it's own thing.
It looks like the carrion crown dice did not move to your sidecart with the rest of the order. I have moved them to your sidecart, where they will wait and go out with the first available subscription shipment.

So, just to confirm, I will still get all the flip maps, books, minis and stuff I ordered during the anniversary sale? I'm still not seeing any contents for that order on my account page.
They're there... just not on your order history. That would make too much sense, you know.
You can see all these items, waiting to go out with your next subscription shipment, in the Sidecart area on your "My Account" page. Rest assured that this is a known issue in our site design and slated for fixification. :)
