Demonbane Crusade as more clear than Demonblight version or was it already mentioned? :|(probably even by me as many demonbane involving names were mine)

Funny story...
"The Fifth Crusade" WAS the title for a while, because it makes sense. There's been four crusades already, so this one WOULD be the fifth one.
Alas... we did not want to annoucne something called "The Fifth Crusade" at the same time Wizards of the Coast is working on what many folks are calling "Fifth Edition"...

The Penultimate Crusade! ;D

Why not then Final Crusade. That's also one that's been kicked around a bit... but it's a little too close to "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" for me, plus also it's not necessarily going to be the Final Crusade (and certainly CALLING it that makes players think that).
Still... it's one name that's been on the short list for a bit...
Anyway... keep the names comin' folks! I've already jotted down 4 great ones (not gonna call them out though... not yet, at least).
The Worldwound Crusade
The Worldwound Gambit
Rise of the Demon Lords
Horns and Halos
Mercy's End
It is ambiguous as to who withholds "mercy", the crusaders or the demons. It also speaks to the fact that it is a "wound" and paladin's have the power to grant mercies which cure sickness and suffering. But perhaps sometimes the "patient" has gone too far and the only way to stem the plague is to "cauterize the wound."
I'm not trying to project into the plot of the AP though.
You could also call it At Mercy's End, but that sounds more like an adventure title with the word "At" at the beginning.
The Crusader's Road. (go PFO, go!)
Abyss Awoken
Dawn of the Demon Throng
The Woundwar Apotheosis

Hm, with From Hell's Heart, Paizo proved that quotes can be titles. Maybe there's something there.
The Great Crusade
Their Finest Hour
So Long as There Are Men
Last Best Hope
Searching for the Source
Bleakest Blight
Blight Cure
Blight Heal
Faces of Pain
Destruction of the Norms
As Sarenrae is the goddess of redemption perhaps something along these lines:
The Darkness before the Dawn/Dawnflower
Demons before the Dawnflower

Some more

And more
Road to Redemption
Between the Darkness and the Dawn
The Apocalypse Host
Judgement Day
The Demon Scourge
Stand of the Saviors, or
Savior's Stand
Dammit, they'll be complaining about the "SS" acronym's. You could still go with the former though. :(
There has to be a way to work the creation of our first Mythic heroes into the title without using the words Mythic or Paragon ... come on brain!
Of Demons and Men
Lords of Ruin/Tide of Ruin
The Last Nemesis
Plague of sorrows
Omen(s) of the lost lord(s)
Scourge of the righteous
Children of Aroden.
Aroden's Crusade.
Legacy Left Behind.

The demon lord in question is most probably Deskari, who is the "Usher of the Apocalypse", so maybe
Apocalypse Rising

The Light and the Lost

I like a lot of these. I really dislike D&D 4e style made up compound words like "Demonblight" (or, frankly, Worldwound) - they always sound like made up fantasy names.
Also, I like anything that breaks out of the fine but now-too-predictable "X of the Y!" format.
The Cursed Earth (darn - looks like Judge Dredd uses that)
Cursed Is The Ground / Cursed Is The Earth (Genesis 3, natch)
Unholy Ground
Descent into the Pit (Pit ~= Hell Biblically, also a riff on Descent into the Depths)
More later!
Usher of Apocalypse
This is someone special's many titles. But I didn't cheat, this ol' fashioned detective work
EDIT: DAMN NINJA, I CURSE THEE!

Sorry I just hit on that myself :)

Too much like a movie title, I think the actual honorific is better.
Saviors of the Wounded
Century's Blight (Aroden's been dead a century...)

And I think it's different enough for Apocalypse Now!, too. It was, as I'm just recalling, different enough to become an episode title on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine but that's probably obscure enough not to be too obvious.

Usher is sort of gentle I guess. Makes you think of a dude in a tuxedo (or a handsome musical artist) gently guiding you towards the end of the world. Maybe "Harbinger of the Apocalypse"? But so many syllables...
