What type of instrument is a concertina for Pathfinder you think?
I play the Harmonica and it's a free reed instrument like the concertina.
If the concertina can be a Keyboard instrument it can be summoned with Summon instrument.

Thats a good question. Honestly, mechanically it doesn't mater. Pick one and go with it. Keyboard sounds fine. Or if you think "Wind" or something else is a better fit then Pick that. Its all going to be flavor at that point! I can't imagine your GM not letting you summon it with your spell. You know so long as you aren't trying to summon a two ton pipe organ right on top of someone's head.
I actually added a "bellows" category, granting disable device and sleight of hand for versatile performance!
