YOu're looking for weapon cords, from Adventurer's Armoury.

They allow you to drop items and retrieve them as a swift action.

In PFS, they don't interfere with reloading.

Works with wands too (and no penalty to use a wand while another is dangling from your weapon cord).

My PFS character is bristling with 1st-level wands. With weapon cords and spring-loaded wrist-sheaths on both hands, that makes 4 wands ready for use.
