Since the link doesn't work anymore, which conversion guide are you looking for? 2nd to 3rd, or 3rd to 3.5?

It's the 3E to 3.5 version that I'm looking for.
I don't have a physical copy, but why not just print the pdf yourself? That's what I did with the 2nd to 3rd conversion manual.
I could do so, but I'd prefer to have an original for my collection...
