Been to any of the other worlds?

Met an elder being?

ulgulanoth wrote:

Big as a fully-grown dragon!

lucky7 wrote:

Not yet.

So... no, I guess.

Unless you count Ezren.

Big as a fully-grown dragon!

I find fully-grown dragons adorable

...when you know what kind they are in advance...

Speaking of which: any dragon-slaying tales that you might care to regale us with?

My thanks\apoligies in advamce...

What's the longest amount of time you've been suspended upside down for?

Do you ever use a ranged weapon to deal with baddies while cheering on your companions, or is that beneath you?

Have you ever been fired out of a Catapult?

Dark Archive

Lem apparently your name is shared by a bland dish in Korvosa, what do you think of this? also what do you think of the name "Lemchouder"?

Yes, but it's much too long for this format. Perhaps in the future.

While you wait, I think some of my fellow iconics' dragon-related tale is being told right now.

Bergi Kauflebaum wrote:

Two hours.

Boy was my face red.

So when will you be showing up in the comic, Lem? Or is the comic not part of your Iconic contract?

HalfOrc with a Hat of Disguise wrote:

Nope. But I did once fire a Hellknight out of a trebuchet into the side of a passing ship when I visited Corentyn.

ulgulanoth wrote:

That no dish is bland if the right cook makes it.

...as long as he's got access to the right spices, at least.

And I'm not sure about the name, it sounds like something a poor waiter could get in trouble with a rich man's spoiled son about.

Have you seen how small I am?

Pretty hard for things to end up beneath me, eh?

Where did you get your flute?

What happened to you for you to become Mythic?

What types of music do you like to play when going into battle?

Have you ever been tempted to play In the Hall of The Mountain King while trying to be sneaky?

Have you ever followed someone around giving them their own theme music and sound effects to annoy them?

A Double Walking Stick Katana disguised as a flute, cool or no?

lucky7 wrote:

The orchestra-ditch at the Kintargo opera house.

Quote:

One epic flute solo.

Antipaladin of Szuriel wrote:

Probably something martial.

Quote:

Nah, it attracts too many grigs.

Ask Alain... ;)

Not my kind of thing - but if it works for you...

Have you ever sang a song like this minstrel did for sir robin?

Oh oh have you ever gotten to play in an Ensemble with Fey or Azatas?

And no actually I don't since you can't use it as a flute so that defeats the whole purpose of having a flute.

I have 4 Efficient Quivers for all my instruments; Melee murdering instruments, ranged murdering instruments, "testing phase" murdering instruments, and of course musical instruments.

I've never met Sir Robin, so nope.

Antipaladin of Szuriel wrote:

No azatas, but I played some stuff with a pair of nixies and a satyr in Darkmoon Vale, once.

Ooookay... could you just wait here a little while I go fetch some friends I think would enjoy talking to you?

The cook. She's a real sweatie, and if you've got the right smile and know a tune or two there's always a treat in it for you.

Have you ever seen a pediatrist?

On a related note, how come your feet (and those of other halflings) not scratched up like !@#$?

pediatrists are foot doctors.

Why is Alain's mount never shown in the artwork? Is it too embarrassed to be seen with him?

The smitey kind.

Oh. In that case, no.

It does show up occasionally, but you might have a point.

Well that just narrows it down to ALL of them... Do they like music boxes?

Oh oh oh have you ever played " The Devil Went Down to Andoran" in front of an Asmodean church? Though granted you don't strike me as the type to goad people into getting slaughtered.

Have you guys ever considered ditching Alain and adventuring with his horse (or gryphon, or whatever he rides?) Or, tell me the truth - Did you try that and the horse talked you into keeping Alain around?

Seriously, though, why do you guys keep him around?

Some other questions.

Gun flute. Yes or no. Because I know a guy.

Do you feel any duty to help carry the news from town to town?

Are you any good with a bow? Weird question, I know, but I've had smaller human women ride my shoulders into a fight with a short-bow and the extra height gives the shooter a big advantage for choosing targets in a scrum. I'm curious of smaller people in Golarion ever do that with their taller allies.

Finally

Do you have any stories about unexpected jam sessions while out adventuring?

FrankManic wrote:

Can it still be used as a flute?

Holes in the barrel - probably would not be a very good gun. Then there is the taste of gun-powder...

What's the worst pun someone has said whilst adventuring? And who said it?

Someone has to be the first into the breach. That and he's a like a spider magnet - we don't have to worry about getting poisoned as long as he's around to draw the attention.

Not sure what that is, but it sounds like it'd make for a sub-par flute that would inhibit the efficacy of my musical magic - so I'm pretty sure the others would prefer me to say no.

Quote:

It's not so much a duty as an unavoidable consequence of travelling. People are curious by nature. Although if they're from Nidal they have to learn how to hide it.

I did ask Seelah if we could try that once - but she said she didn't want to get ridden, and then Merisiel and Valeros couldn't stop laughing and then we were ambushed by some hobgoblin slavers who had heard them and we sort of forgot about it.

And I prefer slingshots to bows - easier to find ammunition in the correct size for one thing.

You mean like when Feiya found a forest-glade that must have been a whole acre with nothing but lingonberries growing on the ground?

One that can't be repeated here.

Surprisingly, Seelah.

Don't tell Merisiel, but I found a ring that turns people into bats, you want it?

Lem, have you ever had a pet of any kind? If you've had multiple pets, which one was or is your favorite?

ulgulanoth wrote:

I'm just going to check its magical aura anyway - no offense meant, but people with skeleton faces tend to be either very tricksy or very stupid, and I'm sure you don't want me to assume the latter.

No pets - they're a bit hard to look after when you're always travelling.

I do keep a llama for riding, though - but she's a really cute mode of transportation, not a pet.
