Just checking on my order. It says it shipped on the 12th, but there is still no tracking information available.

I'm just wondering if it shipped or if there is something wrong with the order.

It is not likely that there is anything wrong with the shipment or delivery of your order. Unfortunately, this does probably mean that this package will not be tracked.

The Mail Innovations tracking depends on three things happening: 1) Our warehouse people get the sticker on your package. 2) The Mail Innovations people scanning your package into their system. And 3) the USPS scans the package after Mail Innovations transfers it to them and gets that information back to Mail Innovations to post in their system. While this process works 90-some% of the time, annoyingly, it can break down at any one of these points. This does not mean your package will not make it to you, it just means that it will do so without any trackability.

Please keep my updated with the status of your package. It should still take about 4 to 8 business days to reach you, so if you still have not seen it by the end of next week, let me know. I think that it will most likely show up before that time, though.
