Perfect Strike Combat Maneuvers

Rules Questions

I could probably figure this out on my own but I'm always better at reading the rules after someone tells me I'm wrong. :)

Can you use the feet Perfect Strike with Combat Maneuvers?

I allow it.
But it always seemed a wasted resource to me.

When wielding a monk weapon, your attacks can be extremely precise.

You must use one of the following weapons to make the attack: kama, nunchaku, quarterstaff, sai, and siangham

So long as the combat maneuver can be made with the weapon, then yes.

As to what maneuvers may or may not be allowed with a weapon is not so clear. e.g. Bullrush does not explicitly state that you are pushing a person about with your body mass, but that seems obvious to me. Though I could see a valid argument made that you could do it with with a quarterstaff held horizontally before you - but not so much for the other weapon types.
