Has anyone deduced the algorithm which determines whether he makes a post as TOZ or as TriOmegaZero?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Yes.

Damnit.

He posts as one or the other just enough to keep up the AKA

That is a logical, plausible, and entirely reasonable explanation. Therefore, I must immediately reject it.

He actually posts as TOZ when sending an steganographic report back to his mugwump masters in the Interzone. You can only read the message after a fresh snort of bugpowder, though.

One is for normal posts, one is for trolling. I still haven't figured which is which though...

Of course I know. But if I told you, I'd have to kill you.

Then again, everything has its price....

I will get that information. But it may be...unpleasant.

he has three computers.

one posts as TOZ the other at TriOmegaZero and the third as ΔΩØ which he will only use to predict Armageddon.

He keeps his alias post counts proportional according to the golden ratio. This prevents a rift from opening in the space-time continuum which would unleash untold horrors on the interwebs.

He posts single file, to hide his numbers.

I love this thread.

He posts as TOZ on days that end in "y".

He posts as TriOmegaZero on days that contain a "d".

He posts as ΔΩØ on days that are not a prime value in Unix time ... except for those days that he does.

Just as soon as Gary makes it a valid alias. :/

I have all sorts of information on T(ri)O(mega)Z(ero)'s habits, if you're willing to pay.

Liberty's Edge

TOZ, didn't you originally post a lot with the TOZ alias to get your post count up to some threshold?

In all truth, I always thought TOZ stood Three Old Zebras. Didn't everyone, or was that just me? :)

Shadow Lodge

The threshold keeps moving. :(

That is a new one on me though.

He explained once what the name meant -- even had a TV Tropes and Idioms page for it! Unfortunately, the explanation left me more confused than the letters. Like, I have no idea what any of that stuff is.
