Knowing it is probably his last chance to down his foe before his wounds overcome him he puts everything he has left into one more attack
The leader, pre-occupied with his sneering escape from Caspian's net, fails to keep track of Jaegr's drunken-looking staggering. A half-conscious shuffle somehow brings the dwarf within reach of his target, and he puts everything he has left into a single blow. Unfortunately, the effort is too much for him: he pitches foward, unconscious, before he can see the results of his attack.
Everyone else:
When one of you rolls the unconscious Jaegr aside, you can see that the leader, too, is out cold -- it's hard to tell which of them is worse off.

Heal:
Snort stays right up in the woman's personal space, a little crud falling out of his nose onto her foot as he angrily chuffs out his breath at her. Kelsin lowers his quarterstaff and walks over to Jaegr, looking around in confusion as he goes. "Wh...what just happened here? C'mon, Jaegr, we gotta get you back up." The wood elf bends down and speaks in Sylvan, causing blue and white healing energy to coruscate around the mountain dwarf.
Wyvurn steps around the body of the guardsmen and covers the woman with the boar. With his free hand he picks up the rapier, keeping his eyes locked on her the whole time.
"Have a seat, miss. I think we'll be wanting answers shortly. Until then, just sit there and be quiet. You may think you might be able to get by me..and you may be right..but I wouldn't take my chances with my companion and his snorting friend. Never trust a man with hogs."
Nodding to Caspian, "Glad you stepped in when you did. That bit with the net saved us. You see where Geoff and Wilbur went off to?"
"So is tha man dead?"
"These guys know how to interupt a party tha is for sure."
"I keep a couple of nets handy for just such a thing."
Kelsin nods in agreement at Wyvurn's statement. "He's right, lady, Snort'll tear you up as you stand there!" He looks at Caspian. "Nice panpipe playing, by the way. Where'd you learn that?"
The woman keeps her hands in view and slowly backs up to a chair. "What do you plan to do with me?" she asks, looking at the hobgoblin suspiciously.
Jaegr wakes up and groans in pain "Thank you Kelsin, that was one tough fight."
Jaegr then sheathed his hammer and retrieves his Pick Axe.

Wyvurn turns to Vanya.
"I think you ought to explain some things as well, my friend."
Kelsin nods, looking between the black-clad woman and Vanya. "Yeah. What he said. One a you better start talking."
Wyvurn turns his attention to the few remaining patrons.
"Anyone that doesn't want to get killed better clear on out of here. Anyone that thinks that they can take me or my friend here, better think again. I'm not only going to kill them, I'll kill his wife, all his friends and burn his damn house down. We're acting on authority of the Marshal on this and he expects all of your compliance in the matter"
With that, Wyvurn tosses the Marshal's badge that he saved onto the table for all to see.
Bluff if needed:
Bluff is a primary skill, though -- your only secondary skill at the present is Knowledge (warfare). I suppose you could declare that your secondary skill and then spend that point on Bluff, though. "Snatch" earns you demerits, because it sucked so badly compared to "Lock, Stock" -- but being an "Unforgiven" fan makes you break even. ;)
The hobgoblin's skill at bluffing may or may not be highly-developed, but it doesn't seem to matter -- when he tosses the badge down, everyone remaining is suddenly in a big hurry to vacate the place.
The woman sighs when she sees it and says, "So you did knock him off first." Looking directly at Vanya, she says, "Do you remember everything, then? Or are you just bluffing?"
Her opposed Bluff check:
"I haven't seen you before in my life! Or the previous one!", grumbles man in black. "And what do I need to explain? Were my actions not explanation enough? I am of the King's Guard - they are not! They are traitors and dogs!"

"See, there you go with the simplistic thinking -- you boys are like a comedy routine. There's civil war under your nose, and you immediately go spouting off about 'traitors.' The simple fact of the matter is, without us, Aviona would have gone down in flames a long time ago."
"Take this fellow," she says, nodding at Jaegr. "Did it even occur to the rest of you that having a mountain dwarf -- a de facto emissary from the King Under the Mountain -- wandering around unprotected was like inviting an international incident?"

"Okay now just hold it right there, lady, I have a question." Kelsin favors her with an extremely cross look. "Just what the hell does 'day-fakk-toe' mean, anyway? Speak Common! So we can all understand!"
"He has not been unprotected. And whatever protection he needed, it was from the likes of you."
Wyvurn pinches the bridge of his nose and closes his eyes.
To the woman, "You, please be quiet."
To Vanya, "From the beginning if you please. I don't know what's going on, but you were the one fighting with us, not against us. That makes you the winner in the trust department."

"Take this fellow," she says, nodding at Jaegr. "Did it even occur to the rest of you that having a mountain dwarf -- a de facto emissary from the King Under the Mountain -- wandering around unprotected was like inviting an international incident?"
"Like the halfling says, I can take care of myself. And live or die, the King Under the Mountain will not even know or care what happens to me, don't you worry about that. What you do need to worry about is telling me why the Marshall and you are so interested in some box on a caravan and what is inside of it."
The woman stares at you. "That's something I'm not authorized to discuss -- even if I knew what was in it, which I don't."
"Who's the guy been sending people out looking for it? We heard there was someone doing that. Sending bandits. Maybe he knows about the box."

Looking at the wood elf with some disfavor, she adds, "We're a well-organized paramilitary battalion under official letters. We don't do scavenger hunts."

Kelsin glowers back at the soldier but honestly isn't quite sure what she said even means, so he holds his tongue and just tries to look threatening.
The women seems a bit disturbed by that. "Someone else hired him. Not us. We think he was after the box, though, not the dwarf, so we figured there was no need to worry too much about him.
"When Vanya showed up here with the dwarf, and the sheriff didn't come back, we figured he'd taken care of both ends.
"So, you honestly don't have the box?"
"She's a ballsy one fer sure askin tha questions rather than answerin em!"

Kelsin takes whatever rope the party has and goes around tying up each of the prisoners as Jaegr checks to make sure they'll all live. "How do we carry the one that's knocked out? Vanya, can you and Jaegr drag him? He's, uh, a little big for me to haul."
