2. Where does Golarion's equivalent of the Tropic of Cancer run?
3. Where is the equator?
4. Super bonus question: What do the navigators of the Inner Sea use as a prime meridian?

i would guess!
1. Land of the linnorm kings maybe a bit north of it3. Mwangi expanse slightly south of it.
1. The Arctic Circle is farther north than the Inner Sea map goes; it's only shown on the Crown of the World map from Jade Regent.
3. The equator may be south of the Inner Sea map, not sure.
4. The prime meridian runs through Absalom.
For the purposes of my own campaign, I went off this fan-modified map of the Inner Sea:

Going off the latitudes proposed there:
* The Arctic Circle is well above the upper edge of the map.
* At roughly 57 deg. N Lat, Karlsgard in the Linnorm Kingdoms is about as far north as Oslo, Norway.
* At 30 deg. N Lat, Sothis, Osirion lines up almost exactly with Cairo, Egypt.
* In the nation of Katapesh, both Solku and the city of Katapesh are very close to 25 deg. N Lat. That's equivalent to Aswan, Egypt or Key West, Florida.
* Golarion's Tropic of Cancer runs very close to the Katapesh/Nex border.
* The equator is off the bottom edge of the map, but not so far off the map as the Arctic Circle.
