I’m not sure Thérèse et Isabelle meets my exacting requirements. Linguistically, yes. Narratively, perhaps not so much. *Admits her snobbishness, prudery, and all-around princessiness.*

I know the feeling - had a job where management constantly fed me a bunch of BS - even had a couple of managers blame me for their mistakes, even after they were caught and the evidence clearly indicated they were at fault and I was innocent. Needless to say I have parted ways with that company.

Thanks, Fred.

TBH, it doesn't work for tablets or 'smart' phones, but viewed from a computer proper it does?

Freehold, or anyone else here for that matter, do you need me to give a less-than-friendly bear hug to someone? ;-)

Yes, thank you. My supervisors, please. The ones that treat new guards as game pieces to be moved about an empty board to fill the gaps they made in the first place. As un-friendly as you prefer, thanks.

no. This is a place of love and healing. While I am a vengeful person, I dont think this is a vengeance based problem, but a friendship based problem. I will utilize my cutie mark here.

50/50 it's either a snowflake or a Gundam.

I cast Bear's Endurance to help with your Fort Save vs The Flu.

Or something from My Little Pony.

I had a bad week...though it could have been a lot worse...

First a friend of my needed open heart surgery on Wed. Not to bad as they knew they probably would have had to do so 4 years ago when the first detected a problem. But I have not heard anything about how it went yet...

Second another friend of mine had a heart attack on Tuesday. Night. He should be okay though and released from the hospital on Sat.

(I swear I am going to start requiring medical history's from my friends)

And lastly I hurt my back at work Tuesday....I could not work the next day. It is better now though.

So I need hugs...lots of hugs...

Oh...and another one of my friends got into such a bad fight with his wife he was thinking of staying at a friend's for a few days....he did not though...but I do not know what their relationship is right now.

*Tons of hugs* By the way, when I was in the hospital this past Summer, my EKG was normal. So you don't have anything to worry about on my end, heart-wise anyway.

Edit: And I've got good news. With this pay, I've finished paying off the bill for June's Emergency Room visit.

Don't read the comments. :(

There's a better article at the Washington Post

Not sure how I feel about it. I'd have little problem with her as a Senator, but I'm not really in favor of primarying any but the worst (or safest) of Democrats right now. Hate to say it, but Chelsea Manning as candidate would be pretty much a guarantee of losing the seat. OTOH, it's a long shot even as a primary, so not much chance of doing any damage. Hopefully she's running as more of an awareness raising/push the candidate left kind of thing. If she's serious about getting into politics, I'd rather see a run for something at a lower level.

I'm trying, Feytharn. But the company I work for is beginning to look like a Three-ring Circus. And when that happens, it's been my observation that it's usually the clowns that are in charge.

About the same time that you lose both your sense of irony (and black(ish)) humor.
