Without delving into the morass that is a 'they said, no, THEY said' quagmire, this action by an individual that is supposed to have the interests of an entire nation at full front and attention is exceptionally disturbing at the very least.
It doesn't help that their Numero Uno is Rah rah rah GO TEAM!.
This one hopes sobriety, tranquility, harmony, dignity, and respect grow from this horrific error in judgement. May we all grow as sentients from this discovery, rather than shrink.

A secret group on Facebook has the following protections:
Only members of the group can see the group page.
Only members of the group can see the membership list
Only members of the group can see the posts in the group.
People who can see your account cannot see your posts in the group, or even the fact that you are a member of the group.
This particular group is set so that anyone can invite a new member but only two of us (me and Comrade Anklebiter) can actually approve new members.
It's about as safe as it gets on the internet.
No, I use an alias there and have for more than 5 years. Granted, it's a "real" sounding alias, but I've never had any questions. (It's the name of an obscure character in a relatively obscure sci-fi book)

I'm not on Facebook, but this is actually tempting me.

It would be great if you joined. Would be awesome to do more politics talk with you.

We're up to seven Paizoians (I think, I'm not really sure who everybody is) and Mr. Comrade, who I like to think of as an honorary Paizoinian.

I have my own vm just for facebook as some people will not communicate any other way.
I only created that FB account because my GM used a FB group to organize games. If I wasn't in that group, I was totally out of the communications loop.
I would like to join this Facebook group.

The Player Character can also be trans!
I'm just a bit sad that there's not dialog option where you try to hint that you're also trans. The whole "oh, man, I bet that person is trans, let's see if we share this experience" thing.
To be fair, that could be a game in and of itself: sending out queer signals and seeing if they signal back.

Naturally I'm imagining some sort of game where you have a physical Gaydar/Sapphiscope/Transceiver that you have to use to send and detect these signals

In PFRPG I would use the Secret Messages function of the Bluff skill :-)

My transitioning to male bard in one of his first scenarios had a whole thing going on with one of the NPCs, they were both making Bluff checks (and missing the Sense Motive) because they were both hiding something, until the NPC made her reveal, and then it was like "Oh, hey, THAT's what you were TRYING to tell me. All good. You busy later?"
*blinks* Okay, going to get some coffee, sorry if that was a bit odd!
