Scarab Sages RPG Superstar 2009 Top 32

Hi Guys,

This order: $167.09

Call of Cthulhu—The Card Game: Dunwich Denizens Asylum Pack
Call of Cthulhu—The Card Game: Breathing Jungle Asylum Pack
Call of Cthulhu—The Card Game: Never Night Asylum Pack
Call of Cthulhu—The Card Game: Into Tartarus Asylum Pack
Call of Cthulhu—The Card Game: Shadow of the Monolith Asylum Pack
Arkham Horror Novel: Dance of the Damned
Elder Sign: A Game of Suspense and Supernatural Investigation

has been split up into a bunch of smaller shippments as far as I can tell. It has been trying to charge me individualy for each shipment instead of just taking the entire ammount (I did have some issues when my wife spent some of the money and I had to wait until this week to be paid again to top it back up). So so far it has charged me for (as far as I can tell) 4 of the 6 individual shipments, but when I try to complete the transaction and pay for the remaining shipments, it keeps giving me an insufficient funds warning and telling me there's a problem. There is $170.00 in my card right now, and despite the fact that this amount is more than the cost of my total order, the remaining orders should come to nowhere near that much.
Are you able to tell me exactly how much is remaining to pay and give me some suggestions as to why it won't let me pay for them?

Cheers :)

Your order is being split into multiple packages in order to take advantage of various shipping rates. These rates will have weight limits (usually 4 pounds).

We are constrained by credit card policy to only charge for item when they are shipped. Therefore, we have to charge an order that has been split into multiple packages piecemeal.

In your case, so far we have have only actually charged you for the PDFs on the order (as they were immediately "shipped" to your My Downloads page). For the remaining items, we have authorized them, but have not been able to successfully charge them. This means that the total US$167.10 still remains to be charged.

If you would like to avoid having an order charged piecemeal, I would suggest that you consider using store credit to pay for your orders. You purchase and redeem a Paizo Gift Certificate in the about of your order, then use that store credit as the payment method for your order. This way, your credit card is charged immediately in one lump sum for the gift certificate, and we just charge your store credit as each package ships out.

Thanks,
cos
