I'd like ideas to improve this build.
So I recently thought of Inquisitors and how they can use Teamwork Feats by themselves. Now these feats are pretty badass. Some of the strongest feats are in this list. So I decided to create something that centers around that ability just for fun. A sort of character that fuels upon friends.
The idea started off as an Inquisitor 3/Fighter X. Maybe a Gladiator, cause performance feats are cool too. I started dabbling with the idea, like what if he was a Ninja who would gain bonuses from adjacent allies and flanking ones? Or what if he was an Inquisitor 3/ Unarmed Fighter X/MoMS 2 of Snake and Panther? A friend who would retaliate at anyone who hurt you.
So what do you guys think? How would you optimize a build based solely on teamwork feats?

True Teamwork power comes from two characters with high crit range weapons, so they can play of each other. You get attacked, provoking an attack from me, which provokes an attack from you, which is a crit and thus provokes an attack from me, which... you get the idea. While Solo Tactics is still a great ability, it cuts all these chains off half way.
Now, on your specific ideas, I'd stick with one concept and go with it. Gladiator is cool, but can be feat intensive and doesn't really synergize with Teamwork in any way I can think. Likewise, while taking both adjacent and flanking feats can be powerful, a Ninja is going to have trouble affording them all. I'm not sure how the Monk is working... Broken Wing Gambit does nothing with Solo Tactics, and I can't think of how else you are doing to retaliate against attacks against an adjacent character.
Anyway, there are infinite options for optimization with Teamwork. Lookout and single level dips into Wizard (Divination School). Step Up to prevent people from trying to get out from your death blender. Coordinated Charge and Pounce. It gets ridiculous pretty fast.
