Looks like you forgot the Perform (sing) modifier and the value for its Sonice Resistance there. Also, perhaps it should have some kind of Charm power with its singing?

If you're using the 1986 film version as the basis for this, why not make it an aberration with the ability Plant Defenses (like that had by the fungal crawler to give it some of the plant type immunities since it too is an aberration that is part plant). Audrey II, remember, is more than a plant. It is an alien life form with aims of taking over the world that looks like a plant and has plantlike traits.
On a side note, did you know that original ending for the 1986 film had Audrey II eat Seymour and Audrey, then spawned several offspring, destroyed several American cities, and conquered the world? They didn't go with that though because test audiences didn't like the sad ending (even though it was more in line with the 1982 musical that was the basis for the film). 23 minutes of footage were scrapped of Audrey II taking over. I would love to put my players against that kaiju-esque version of Audrey II, as I think they wouldn't view the released movie version (the one they are familiar with) as being that big of threat.

Audrey 2 is definetly a Plant creature, I already have the Xenomorphs as Aberrations.

I am glad some people liked it. It takes a lot of work to make higher CR monsters and I am still not sure if the CR is right for it.
