Ok. to solve the drinking problem, I thought a party member or an Animal Companion with opposable thumbs could feed the Druid/Alchemist his own mutagens. However, would this really work? This becomes more of an issue when you bring in the Beastmorph Archetype. Do you get a dire tiger with wings and a scorpion tail?

Well, you could solve the problem by putting the mutagens in an edible gourd and just eating/chewing on the whole thing.
If you used the mutagen first I'd say the beastshape was canceled by the new form, but i can't say one way or the other whether or how being a bear would prevent the beastmorphs abilities from kicking in. So DM's call.

Since basic mutagens are alchemical bonuses (and penalties), they stack with polymorph bonuses by RAW. An ape totem druid would probably be the best choice for a multiclassed alchemist/druid. For additional "fun" add a level or two of barbarian (rage grants morale bonuses).
A beastmorph alchemist mutagen and druid wild shape do not get to stack polymorph effects from alter self/beast shape, however. They fall under the "same/similar effects" rule for stacking.

No, keep in mind that if the ability gives them a movement mode they lose it when they polymorph/wild shape.
In the case of alchemists it is a little more confusing because their wings may only be used a certain amount per day, however the ability says they grow wings, and may use them a certain number of times per day. This is different from a number of times per day they grow wings and can fly. In the second case it would work, in the previous case it would not as the wings go away when they polymorph.
