Any rules in PF for vampires creating spawn of other base types?

Create Spawn (Su): A vampire can create spawn out of those it slays with blood drain or energy drain, provided that the slain creature is of the same creature type as the vampire's base creature type.

I'm looking for a way for a human vampire with no caster level to create a ratling rogue vampire minion.

Is there any legitimate way to do that? Maybe a feat or variant ability somewhere that lets a vampire create vampires of other types?

I am not sure, what the ratling you refer to is.

But remember that the creature type of the human vampire is Humanoid. As such he can affect a lot of races (including giants), but it stops him from creating spawns out of animals, dragons or outsiders, among others.

Ratling is an intelligent chaotic evil magical beast that appears in one of the Jade Regent bestiaries. It can breed with rats, likes books of forbidden lore, has +1d6 sneak attack and +1 bleed as racial abilities, some spell-like ablities, and can use any spell scroll as though it were on its spell list. It can be taken as a familiar by CE spellcasters of at least 7th level with the Improved Familiar feat.

So, no information on vamps taking minions outside of their Type?

The only way I know of to do it is the Vampiric Animal Companion feat from Rival Guide, but it's only good for rat, wolf, or bat vampire animal companions for characters with effective druid levels.

While not a total help, The Rival Guide has a feat for Vampiric Rangers and maybe Druids to gain a Vampiric Animal Companion.

When creating vampires, it says they have to be the same type. Does that include subtype? Could a goblin vampire create a human vampire, or vice versa?

Type =/= subtype
