As far as I have understood, in 2e I can create a globin character with elven ancestors. I have some questions regarding this.

How much would the physical appearance of the goblin change? From the description:

Quote:

You have elves, or possibly other aiuvarins, in your family tree. You have pointed ears and other telltale signs of elf heritage.

Apart from the ears, could that goblin be taller and slimer, for example?

And also, in PF world, how could a goblin have an elf as an ancestor? I thought goblins could reproduce only with a restricted number of other ancestries. Is there anywhere in the online rules (I'm using archive of nethys for now) where I can check "reproduction" rules?

Please excuse my english as it's not my native language.
Hello, I am new to the forums and fairly new to PF as well. As far as I have understood, in 2e I can create a globin character with elven ancestors. I have some questions regarding this.

For instance, Paizo has already demonstrated rebranding the Green Dragon into the Horned Dragon, and I seem to recall they teased they were already doing something similar with some as-of-yet not yet disclosed dragons.

They enjoyed AV but we only got through the 1st book, and aren't sure if they want to do another "small town next to a megadungeon" adventure. Also none of us have played the original Rise of the Runelords so there's less nostalgia factor for us. I love a good dungeon but perhaps I should consider a different AP with more roleplay potential? They are excited with the idea of starting at lvl 4 instead of lvl 1, and would love to see options to start at mid-early level for similar adventures in the future!

Maybe for someone who's had a chance to look more at the adventure, what do you feel the ratio of 'megadungeon' to roleplay or even other types of encounters?

Some parties who would give you considerable resources to have their religion as the main/only one, others wanted your loyalty while others wanted you to simply not take the deal with another group. Seemed like a really good way to get the party into the "local" (on a massive kingdom level of course) politics of Golorion. But for the love of Iomedae I can't find the damn document again and was wondering if what I described rings a bell for anyone.
Hello!
