Impossible. As a local agent, I get an advance warning when this world is due to be dissolved. You know, to get a bunch of credit cards, purchase stuff on account, get the high score in Flensburg (as well as a number of other institutions that keeps track of how many traffic violations you commit), tell a lot of people what I really think about them, and so on. You know.
To anyone who is getting nervous: I didn't get any advance warning. That means as of now, no concrete plans to dissolve this world are being put in motion. That means the world is not about to end now. It could be trillions of years. Or 31 seconds. Because, you know, Chaos. But, by all means, do finish making yourself that sandwich - it's almost impossible that the world won't be around for you to enjoy it in!

Would Chaos really make plans for the end of days? I mean, isn't that kinda hypocritical?
Chaos not allowed to make plans? That sounds like a rule. So it's simply ignored. Chaos doesn't mean bad planning skills.
In fact, I vaguely suspect that the Speakers have a plan or two in the making that they have started three or more realities ago. They make those butterflies that cause storms half a world away seem straightforward.
