1) Witch: Love the Flavor and also the Hexes rock as they break out of the whole Vancian Magic System.
2) Oracle: Finally a Priestly Servant of a Fire God that can actually burn stuff!!! Just love how closer to a Divine Concept you can get with an Oracle over a Cleric
3) Tied Cleric/Wizard: I like my casters.

#1 Ranger - the first character I ever played, I created a demi-artefact playing him, it was called the shoulder-blade, it was a well recieved item considering I got it by stabbing a powerful mage in the shoulder with it and his arm came off.
#2 Wizard - I mean really, its the second part of the sword'n'sorcery staple, its been around since 1e and has a great number of awesome spells.
#3 Cavalier - this was my first really super overpowered character, the GM had to increase the CR of encounters by 5 to stop me from steamrolling everything from artifact wielding bosses to ancient dragons.
#4 Summoner - I find its the real pet class of the game and it gets some fairly decent spells.
#5 Magus - literally the interpretation of sword'n'sorcery, its the class that gets both in the same package.

#1: Wizard. Because I love the idea that being a socially awkward nerd is the path to godhood. Also because I like the idea of Intelligence as the god stat.
#2: Ranger. The martial class that is bursting with style and substance, the class that can fight with the best of them and somehow still has time to be highly, highly skilled.
#3: Magus. Because sometimes I can't decide if bending reality or skewering my enemies is cooler. So I'll just take both, please. Especially like because Int is the casting stat.

Monk
Bard
Wizard
Monk: Because I really enjoy characters that get to do lots of things. Why play a fighter who gets to roll 1 and pass his go when you can be a monk and make multiple attacks, trip your opponent and then turn away an arrow from the enemy archer.
Bard: Another versatile character class. Great range of skills and with the spell Borrow Skill you can be good at almost anything. You also buff the party whilst being quite good at fighting yourself.
Wizard: For quite a while I really wanted to play an Inquisitor because they are seem quite similar to a bard. But I am now playing one in Carrion Crown and am a little disappointed. On the other hand I had never been interested in playing a primary spell caster but I recently got the chance to play in a short campaign and decided to give a wizard a try because I knew I wouldn't be committed to him for a long time. I really enjoyed it and that is why it is currently my 3rd place choice.

Summoner, Sorcerer, Oracle--Why?
They are all classes which are very easy to put your own spin on. Basically, I have 2-3 ideas for such characters without even thinking about it, and the more I think about it I can create more nuances and tiny little details and stratagies.
They also have a why/how/what story built into the background that is key not to what they do (fighter stick pointy thing in monster, wizard cast spell, elf needs food...badly) but who they are (Zyphus loves me., Great gran was a farie...and I guess I am a bit of one too, my imaginary friend has been following me around since I was a wee lad).

1) Magus
2) Bard
3) Urban Ranger
Magus, because it is the first fighter/mage that really feels like a true merger of the two.
Bard, because it is the best 5th wheel type class around. It is a support that is great for roleplaying.
Urban Ranger, because I tend to treat him as duelist/swashbuckler. He tends to hunt down worthy opponents.

1) Ranger: because I like to fight but I like skills too. Ranger is almost like a Fighter, but with a lot of skills points per level, spells, and an animal companion!
2) Bard: because I love skills, and this class really has a huge selection! He has Some spells, he can be almost efficient as caster or fighter, and he has Charisma, an ability that usually the groups I play with lack. He's simply awesome in non-combat situations.
3) Wizard: potentially the best class, needs a lot of ahead planning and is almost as complex as being the dungeon master.

1) Bard: I like almost all of the Archetypes for it
2) Non-deity Cleric: This is mostly for the flavor, But I've played 4 of these, through the course of my 3.5/pathfinder career, and I really love the whole Cleric-y thing, without having to be the mouthpiece of a god.
3) Fighter: Fighter is one of those classes where you can make each build you make feel distinct, just through the shear amount of options afforded to you.

I LIKE TURTLES!
On a related note, I like the fighter the most. I just like the idea of an average Joe who decided to armor up, pick up a weapon, and get out there to get his. And I REALLY like the armor mastery stuff. Eventually I'll be swimming like a fish in Full Plate. Feels like I'm wearing nothin' at all. Nothin' at all. Nothin' at all...
And the feats are delicious.
Plus, I don't know what else I'd do, since I'm the only person I've ever met who has tried to make anything like a tank :/.
Typical setup: Me toe to toe with the boss, a whip fighter two squares away, two people shooting at it, and a cleric doing cleric things. I get punched in the face a lot. Pretty much why I stopped using my "I probably don't need THAT much CON" Barbarian.
