Hello everyone, I'm the new venture captain for the state of Wisconsin. Now that I have to organize a whole state I thought I might start by trying to find some of the most active gamers. Anyone out there from this great state please drop me a line, say hi and introduce yourselves. I hope to get to know you as I am planning to visit as many places as I can. The email that you can reach me at is pathfindersocietywi@gmail.com Shoot me a message, tell me where you are and what kind of gaming is going on around you. Also, tell me if there is anything that I can do for you. Also, I would love to hear adventure stories, I am hopping to create a space that all of us can share stories about our gaming experiences. Anyway, hello and lets build something together.

Not sure if there is much going on in Platteville. Your best bet might be the games Mat Starch has in Madison or Mark Mastej runs some stuff in La Crosse. There might also be some games in Dubuque, but I am uncertain.
Or the best alternative is to start up your own game day when you find some gamers in the area. We would enjoy getting more of a presence in that corner of the state.

Sorry, I must have missed your email. It would be great to have you join us!
You can follow game day notifications and other Eau Claire and La Crosse, WI events on Facebook. I post notices on the groups "Pathfinder Society - LaCrosse, WI" and "Chippewa Valley Game Society."
We usually play on Saturdays, depending on the availability of local game stores to host our group. Other days are possible if people are willing to show up and/or organize them.
In La Crosse, I run game days on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month at Deaf Ear Records. We occasionally get together at other local sites, such as coffee shops.
In Eau Claire, I run game days once or twice a month, though usually either the 1st or 3rd Saturday of each month. We alternate between playing at The District Company, Nomad Game Center, or local coffee shops.
Please send me another message if you have ay other questions.

I sent him a e-mail over a week ago..but noone got back to me. Is there someone else i should have sent it too...or is the e-mail address wrong?
I must have missed your email. Sorry! I hope to see you soon at one of our game days in Eau Claire or La Crosse.
In addition to game days in Eau Claire and La Crosse on Saturdays at various sites, many players get together informally in both cities. Its easiest to connect with people on Facebook on the groups "Chippewa Valley Game Society" and "Pathfinder Society - LaCrosse, WI."

As an alternative, not to discourage you from coming to Eau Claire or LaCrosse, River Falls seems closer to the Twin Cities than either Eau Claire or La Crosse. There are tons of Game Days strewn throughout the Twin Cities and a number of different days of the week.
Mark,
How is the new Nomad location working out?

Here is the Meetup site.
Otherwise check with
Andrew Christian,
Ryan Blomquist, or
Jon Dehning
All of them will happily help you find the best location in the Cities area for you.
I hope that helps and that you can find a place to get in some gaming.

When i click on the blue "here", i get "You have made too many requests for the same page too quickly. Please wait a minute before trying again." that's what i got the first time..the second time(a half hour later)...and the 3rd(next day). I have never gotten this message/screen for any other reason....very odd. When i click on the other guys blue names, I get a list of their messages...not sure how that helps me. Again, my goal is to find PF groups near river falls/east side of the twin cities looking for another player(me). Am i supposed to send them a "private message" with my contact info?? Needless to say i am a novice when it comes to social media..and don't want to do something inappropriate.

Any chance any PFS games being run near menomonie/river falls? I have a limited budget and driving to play in the twin cities costs me $35-$40. I would help get it goin(recruit players) or talk to store owners if that would help. I know close to enough folks to have a weekly game as it is(3 to 5) that would really like to play PFS, but can't/won't drive to the cities(an hour for them).
