I have three questions about Synthesist (from Ultimate Magic)

1. can a Synthesist take power attack as he fulfills the pre-requisite of str 13 when fused with an eidolon (his str is 7,but he can keep the str 13 longer than 24 hours)?
2. can a Synthesist take the feats like Improved Natural Attack to Improve his Eidolon form natural attacks?
3. can a Synthesist take Extra Evolution feat?

Yes. You will not be able to use it at times where you don't have 13 strength.

Yes. As above, but with natural attacks rather than strength.
No. You no longer qualify for the feat (you switched out your class ability for another).

Yes, Extra Evolution is taken by the Summoner, not the Eidolon, so you still qualify for this feat(Prerequisite: Eidolon class feature.)

But I can see where Ravingdork is coming from, as the Synthesist's class ability name is "Fused Eidolon" and it replaces "This ability replaces the class's eidolon ability, bond senses, and life bond.", but I believe he is being too harsh.

2. No with PFS characters. Yes pretty much everywhere else. PFS won't allow you to access monster feats even if your character otherwise meets the requirements.

3. Technically, no. You no longer have the Eidolon class feature. You have the Fused Eidolon class feature. This is not just a question of the Extra Evolution feat. For example, when combined with the Skilled evolution + Vigilant Eidolon feat, you can easily manage a 16+ starting perception. Potentially very unbalancing, especially if you dip into rogue for the trapspotter talent or buy some of the enhanced senses you can access.
