So I may not be around much for the next few days. My wife and I took a few days off to celebrate our 10th anniversary, complete with our son spending the week at my mom’s. I may get in a post a day but no guarantees.

Actually.. been doing LOTS of OT (50 odd hours/week) so keeping pace is a little hard.

That being said... my current week end has involved kitchen plumbing. I now realize I need a different sized shifter/wrench.... and maybe a second elbow in each arm to reach the thing I'm trying to fix. >_<

I think we can press on for the moment with me NPC'ing them. If no response in a week I can seek recruitment.

DM-Camris, with your permission, I'd like to give Bryson the Blight Druid archetype and change his Domain to Catastrophe (sub domain of Destruction). I think it would fit him better now.

He is infused with and essence of chaos and destruction. Though he fights against his impulses, he now has an evil alignment. Because he does fight against it, I have him as Neutral Evil rather than Chaotic Evil.

I also see both.

Bryson: You can make those changes if you like.

Bryson's Evil:
Technically you can imagine the Good/Evil axis as a Karma line going from +100 (Good) to -100 (Evil).
When the Half-Fiend template was imposed on Bryson, he dropped to Karma -50 (Evil zone).
Nevertheless, he remains a Player Character and is able to choose good or evil. Choosing good requires a will save; inflicting damage to self adds bonus to the roll, reflecting the effort needed.
Since then, by acts contributing to positive Karma like helping allies, protecting crew/passengers, or any positive moral decision, Bryson has climbed to the -41 point.
When he climbs to -30 he will enter the Neutral zone and no longer qualifies as evil. Until then a Smite is going to hurt like a son of a gun.
If and when he climbs to +31 (Good), we can revisit the evil aligned powers and replace them with something good.

I try to show it by being less polite than before, not caring about most of the crew and passengers, and being more brutal in fights. So far, nothing has presented itself for Bryson to have a real conflict between his old and new natures.
