Okay, so please tell me if my lvl 1 sorceress combo is going to work. She is Starsoul Bloodline, Ray Specialist. Her Bloodline Arcana says whenever a creature is hit by an "evocation" spell, if it fails its save it becomes "dazzled". So my question is if I use a "Ray of Frost" "Magic Missle" or "Scorching Ray" where their is no "save", do I still get to apply the "dazzle" for them being an evocation spell.

Rimeblooded wildblooded arcana might add a save to cold spells. So Crossblooded with that could work. I need to double check.
Yep, Rimeblooded adds a fort save to one target of a cold spell.
Basically, if you can find a way to add a saving throw to a spell, they can be dazzled.

I think Void-touched would work well with that, since it's all about cold damage.
Plus, Silence is a lot better than Dazzled.

What? Who wouldn't want to Dazzle the recipient of their Sending spell?
Lol put Wayang SPell Hunter and Magical Lineage on Ray of frost and get Spell perfection on ray of frost...
Drop Rime Spell and Thundering Spell on Ray of Frost and use a rod of Quickening or a Rod of Umbral spell to have an infinite cast Dazzle, Entangling, deafening spell that also drops darkness xD
