Vote for Chronicles: Pathfinder Podcast!

The 2011 Ennie Awards Voting Booth is now open and remains open until July 24, 2011.

To vote, enter the 2011 Ennie Awards Voting Booth by clicking this link:

www.ennie-awards.com/vote

You are not required to register to vote or to go through any involved process in order to cast a vote in the 2011 Ennie Awards. Instead, the Ennie Awards voting procedure is simple and straightforward: the Voting Booth tracks your IP address so that you are only able to vote once from your computer. Do be sure to check your ballot carefully before hitting submit. You are not required to cast a vote in any particular category if you are unfamiliar with the nominees in that category and prefer not to vote in that category.

You can rank your vote as you choose. You are not required to vote for any other candidate and may simply choose a “1” for your preferred choice and leave the other nominees blank. We would prefer that you vote for Chronicles: Pathfinder Podcast as your first choice, but you should vote as you deem fit and appropriate in your opinion.

Chronicles: Pathfinder Podcast’s nomination is in the Category “Best Podcast”

We thank you for your support of Chronicles: Pathfinder Podcast over the past year and we look forward to meeting with you at the D20 Radio Meet and Greet following the D20 Radio Seminar in three weeks time at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 3, 2011 at Gencon Indy.

The pathfinder community proved to be the roaring voice of pen and paper gaming last year. That tightly knit community is why we put the effort we do into high quality podcasts.

Thanks for the votes and well-wishes!

We have most of Episode #015 done and hoped to get it out a few days ago. Alas, real life and work obligations reared their ugly head and it was delayed. Hopefully, we'll get it out this weekend.

In happier news, however, I have twisted the arms of Azmyth and TheMerryPrankster and my California dwelling co-hosts WILL be at Gencon 2011! Azmyth and I will be appearing on a podcasting panel on the morning of Friday August 5, 2011.

Event Details:

SEM1120541 -- Creating a Successful Gaming Podcast!

Description: Presented by the d20 Radio Network! Join hosts from ENnie Award Winning and industry recognized podcasts such as The Order 66 Podcast, Chronicles: The Pathfinder Podcast, Brew City Gamers, and others. In this round-table style panel, the hosts will provide tools, tips, and tricks to planning, recording, and hosting a gaming podcast - with a primary focus on the answering of attendee questions and heavy audience interaction.

Date: Friday, August 5, 2011 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon
Location: Westin : Capitol II

Cost: FREE, but a tad over 2/3rds of the available tickets are already gone with 23 left as of this morning. So grab yours now.

Note: We will be staying after the seminar to meet and talk with listeners. If you noticed on our website, we ALSO have a contest underway to win a free copy of Herolab and d20Pro. The only way to "validate" your entry is to attend at the seminar so we can record your "stinger" for later use on the podcast. Given the expected number of entrants, my guess is that the odds of winning this draw will be higher than any other "free draw" you are ever likely to enter in your life! So come on down and meet the hosts of the podcast and other d20 Radio hosts.

We will be setting up some pick-up Pathfinder Society games following the seminar with listeners. There are currently ZERO available PFS slots in the Paizo room -- but Azmyth, Merry and I will be running PFS scenarios all weekend for FREE. So if you couldn't get a ticket to a PFS table, drop by and we'll do our damndest to get you into a game, ok?
