Strange castings

I've got several questions about casting spells in an unusual manner. Namely from magic items. When casting from a wand (Spell Trigger) is there an Arcane Spell Failure Chance? Rod? Staff? From a scroll?

Provided you meet the requirements to activate the item (on your spell list, caster level, etc), typically there is no arcane failure chance to cast a spell from a spell-trigger or spell-completion item (although there is a mishap chance with scrolls). Individual items may indicate otherwise, although I am not aware of any off the top of my head.
