Genius Guide to Simple Monster Templates.. 2-headed full attack?

I found the 2-headed template at the site: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/templates/two-headed-cr-1 -or-2.

My question is how many attacks a 2-headed humanoid with a BAB of +6/+1 and a weapon in each hand would get when taking a full attack?

Would it be +6/+1 with both weapons, or +6 with each and +1 with a "primary"?

I tried searching the site and google and wasn't able to come up with an answer.
